Customer notes, which are placed during checkout are means to for fulfillment assist with specific requests. However, it is not possible to pass delivery instructions to your local post office. Tasks such as "Leave at the back door" or "call me at gate #5 when it arrives" will not be acknowledged by them. You may instead try to contact your post office to make delivery exceptions for you, or establish these special requests with them going forward, so all packages - not just ours - are delivered as you want them.
