If you are an international customer, please follow these steps to track your shipment:
- First visit our International Tracker App, or copy paste into your browser: http://apps.asendiausa.com/tracking/packagetracking.html?uid=NTQzMjMyMzU0MDk2NTIzMzI4Njc=&pid=
- Enter the tracking ID you received in this email into the form under "Package ID(s) (Up to 10)." See illustration below:
- You should receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Please note that the status "Shipment Has Left Seller Facility And Is In Transit To Carrier" may appear for 3-4 days or longer. This does NOT mean that it is held, but rather a scan may not have been performed at the time. It should update at the next scan. If you notice this has not changed within 5 days, please send a message to email@example.com and we will gladly investigate.
