How do I track orders that ship outside of the USA?

If you are an international customer, please follow these steps to track your shipment:

  1. First visit our International Tracker App, or copy paste into your browser:
  2. Enter the tracking ID you received in your shipment notification email into the form under "Package ID(s) (Up to 10)." See illustration below:

  3. You should receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.  Please note that the status "Shipment Has Left Seller Facility And Is In Transit To Carrier" may appear for 3-4 days or longer.  This does NOT mean that it is held, but rather a scan may not have been performed at the time. It should update at the next scan.  If you notice this has not changed within 5 days, please send a message to and we will gladly investigate.
