I asked for my Route insurance payment to be refunded in my RMA, but it was rejected. Why?

When you purchase Route Shipping Insurance, you are agreeing to a contract between yourself and Route.  We send your insurance payment to Route.  If your order is delivered without damage on delivery, or theft or any other covered incidents as part of their claim policy, Route's obligation to insure your shipment is completed. The same applies to your RMA. We will not refund your shipping insurance payment as we no longer have it.
