Can I replace the microswitch PCB in my Sanwa JLF?

Q: My Sanwa JLF has stopped picking up a direction when I am moving the lever. What can I do to fix this?

 

A: You may have a bad microswitch on the joystick PCB. Due to the switches being soldered on to the PCB of the Sanwa JLF, we recommend replacing the PCB in its entirety. We sell replacement PCBs here:

Changing the PCB out is as simple as removing the restrictor guide, unplugging the 5-pin harness and switching out the offending PCB with your new one.
