Which Brook Device Offers Left + Right Analog Stick Control?

While not a common question in the fighting game scene, the resurgence of rhythm games on console has brought the question to light. Games such as Theatrhythm Final Bar Line use analog controls, as do many other modern games. Brook, makers of the popular Fighting Board series of control PCBs included analog control in their PS4+ Fighting Board with Audio v2017.

This version of the Fighting Board series has a jumper labeled J14.  Removing this jumper enables left and right analog control when paired with analog thumbstick rockers or similar devices that have the necessary pinouts as shown in the connection diagram.
