Often to celebrate historical or national events, the US Postal Service will be closed various times in the year. This means that packages will not be picked up by the carrier. As most of our shipments are handled by USPS, the warehouse is either closed, or open and processing but cannot not ship orders. FA will resume shipping on the next business day. We are always closed Saturday and Sunday.
That said, the Focusattack.com website will remain open to take orders during that day.
Please note that you may receive a notice that an order has shipped on these days, In this case, our fulfillment staff is working to process orders, but the order will ship the following day that US Postal Service is operating.
Snow Days
Living in the northeast, we have our share of snowstorms and blizzards! For the safety of our staff, our warehouse and office may close for the day during inclement weather. During these periods, no orders will ship until the following day, should we find it possible to safely and securely return to the office. Such interruptions will be announced on our website, on social media or here. Our customer service agents will continue to work during those period, so if you have a question or concern, please feel free to reach out to orders@focusattack.com.
