Does a Seimitsu LS-32 fit onto a Qanba Q4RAF joystick?

I would like to ask if the Seimitsu LS 32 01 Joystick you sell is an easy swap out the Qanba Q4RAF regular?

    The Qanba Q4 RAF metal mounting plate is designed to fit any model Seimitsu LS-32 series joystick. To install a Seimitsu LS-32:

    1. Take off the plexglass top panel to get access to the mounting screw holes.
    2. Remove the Seimitsu LS-32 mounting plate and attach the joystick directly to the Qanba Q4 RAF metal mounting plate.
    3. Put the plexiglass top panel back on.
