What are the differences between the GSM-V1623A3 vs GSM-V0323A3 microswitch?

GSM-V1623A3 and GSM-V0323A3 are two Gersung microswitch models used in the Crown CWL-309 and SDL-301-DX joystick levers.

The difference between these models is voltage. 3 volts are used in the GSM-V0323A3 and represents the "V03" part of the voltage name.  Likewise, 16 volts are utilized in the in the GSM-V1623A3 model.
