What does the Plexworks Job Tracker statuses actually mean?

Here is a list of statuses that will appear in the Plexworks Job Tracker, along with an explanation:

  • IN QUEUE: Your custom order is received and now added to the queue. Corrections may be sent at this stage.
  • IN PROGRESS: Our custom agent has received and began processing the custom order. Often this includes reviewing the custom artwork or etch, and recording the adjustments requested for it, such as layout. Corrections may be sent at this stage.
  • PROCEEDING TO ART: If your custom order contains both artwork and plexi, we completed processing the plexi which now moves to production. We cannot accept custom order corrections at this stage.
  • PROCEEDING TO PLEXI: If your custom order contains both artwork and plexi, we completed the artwork which now moves to production. We cannot accept custom order corrections at this stage.
  • MOVING TO PRODUCTION - Our creative team has finished processing the custom artwork, plexi, or DIY Fightstick. It now moves to the manufacturing phase. Please allow a few days to process. We cannot accept custom order corrections at this stage.
  • SHIPPED: Your custom order has shipped.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
  • HOLD: There is an issue with the contents of order submission.  You will receive email correspondence from support@focusattackllc.zendesk.com. It may first appear in your spam filter, so please check this as well. Corrections may be sent at this stage.
  • CANCEL: The order was cancelled at your request.  We may also cancel the order if the hold status is not responded to for more than one week.
