I placed an order but I didn't register yet, or ordered as a guest. Do I have points?

Points are awarded only to orders placed after you register with FA.R Rewards.  Before placing your first order with us, it is best that you register with our rewards program.  Again, it's free, and easy to do.

Guest Purchase?

If you have an account with FA, but did not login at checkout, no points are awarded to your FA.R account.  That is unless you login, the system does not know you are registered for FA.Rewards, and thus does not distribute points.  It is highly recommended that you login to your store account before completing a purchase, so those points are awarded.
