The Atrox's original panel has a unique thickness that is not common with acrylic manufacturers. This led us to find a cast acrylic that is slightly thinner than the more common 1/8". The replacement panel is .100" (2.54mm), just slightly thicker than the original Razer Atrox panel. However, this panel still installs flush with the hardware and artwork. Razer's unique bevel screw install is replicated in the plexi by gradually cutting away at the hole area via laser. This allows the original Atrox screws to fit.
