I don't want to receive product review emails, but there's no way to unsubscribe. How will FA fix this?

Within 30 days after a purchase is made, you will receive an opportunity to leave a review for any product in your order.  It provides an opportunity to share your experience with the product or service. While most appreciate that opportunity, some would rather not engage after the purchase is completed.

While BigCommerce - our e-commerce platform - does not provide customers with direct means to unsubscribe from the emails, you can ask of our customer service agents to remove you from such lists.  They will access our back-end system and disable further review and marketing emails from arriving to your inbox.
