No client artwork is ever shared, sold or distributed. Here is how we treat customer's artwork after it is submitted
Web Store Retention
All custom orders will remain on the website ordering system for 1 year or less. After that period, they are deleted from our store's backend.
If you made corrections or updates, we will not have those stored on the website. Only the original file you provided at checkout is retained for that time. This means if you request to have that artwork reprinted and do not have the updated version, we may not have it on hand, nor the original after a year. It is important that you keep your own copy.
Internal Archiving and Deletion
Internally, orders are archived for 30 days in case a reprint of the most recent update is needed. It is then deleted from our backup server.
