I ordered a clear dustwasher but got a blue one instead. Why?

All non-custom order dustwashers come with a translucent blue plastic film, or paper backing that is designed to protect the clear acrylic beneath it.  Please use your fingernail to peel the film or backing from both sides of the acrylic.
