Throughout the period in which we attempted to offer print and cut services for Punk Workshop fightsticks and leverless, we encountered hardware inconsistencies that made it impossible to practically offer artwork print and cut for the FS and R14 models. Customers would report these inconsistencies, and to recify we'd ask PWS to provide hardware so we could address them with updated specs. When those were completed, we'd later discover that they quietly changed dimensions and position for the same model or layout again.
An Ongoing Problem With Punk Workshop
Because there was no clear distinction between the layout names when these subtle changes were mode, such adjustments creates confusion for customers and for us. We already experienced similar issues with Leverless M and Leverless U, leading to a number of adjustments and disclaimers to educate customers on which layouts they owned.
No More PWS Models will be Added to Plexworks
As a result, we decided to stop offering services for those specific PWS models and will not add more PWS models in the future. This is subject to change should any existing model also change its layout but retain the same layout naming scheme, meaning that we may eliminate more services in the future.
