I have a delivery request or note. Will you make sure my local post office gets them?

Customer notes, which are placed during checkout are means to for fulfillment assist with specific requests.  However, we will not write any extra notes on the box.

You instead have two options:

  1. When placing your order use "Address 2" of the address form to mention a specific instruction such as "buzzer #2" or "leave at side door".
  2. You may also try to contact your post office to make delivery exceptions for you, or establish these special requests with them going forward, so all packages - not just ours - are delivered as you want them.
