I'm leaving the country. Can you hold my order until I'm back?

A request Holding one's order to ship at a specified date is not permitted. It is only offered for pre-orders and custom orders.  

Why?

Our fulfillment staff processes orders each day.  If a request to hold an order until a specified date is granted, staff must make note of that specific order's desired shipping date and remember to ship on that day. They must also place that order into temporary storage, which then occupies warehouse resources. That affects orders currently in the day's queue.  Custom and pre-orders have their designated spaces, and a predictable fulfillment process that we can best accommodate versus multiple and inconsistent requests. We apologize for the inconvenience.
