I'm an international customer that sent an e-check payment. Why is it taking so long to clear?

If you live outside of the US and decide send us an e-check when paying for your order, it is helpful to set expectations:

1. An e-check from an international destination can take up to 3 weeks to clear.
2. If you wish to cancel the order, we cannot refund the e-check until the payment clears and we have the balance in our account.

When placing an order as an international customer, we recommend that you instead choose alternate forms of payment:

1. Credit card
2. Paypal balance

These forms of payment have the quickest turnaround, enablling us to refund immediately should you decide you need to cancel the order.
