I haven't visited Focusattack.com in a while, but noticed that I cannot login. What happened to my account?

To keep our customer database tidy, we perform a weekly removal of customer accounts whose last purchase was more than 4 years prior. For example, if today is March 29, 2025, and your last purchase was made before March 29, 2021, it is possible that your account was removed.

I just want to buy something. Why can't I just order as a guest?

We tried offering guest accounts, but found that was exploited by credit card thieves. We explain in more detail here. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I delete my account after I make a purchase, then?

Yes, you can reach out to our customer support team to request that your account is deleted.

We advise that you request this only after you receive your shipment and are satisfied with the product. If you wish to return a non-custom product, you will need a customer account.
