I hear that you ship to Puerto Rico.  Why doesn't the store allow me to register with my PR address?

Puerto Rico is a USA territory.  Customers from PR may forget this, or see "PR" in the country dropdown and choose it. The store's e-commerce backend is based on a UK organization that does not properly recognize the designation of Puerto Rico.  As a result, choosing Puerto Rico as a Country will display more expensive international rates, when in fact the order could instead ship domestically.

When Checking Postage Rates in the Shopping Cart...

Please choose "United States" in the dropdown when attempting to view postage rates in the shopping cart. Choose "Puerto Rico" as the State/Province.
