What if I ordered the wrong product from you and want to replace it?

You are responsible for paying charges involved with returning the product.  Upon receipt and inspection, we will apply store credit to your account for the purchase price, less original shipping, or a refund to your original payment method.  You can use your store credit to purchase the correct items, or any other product. 

The ability to receive a replacement product will depend on available inventory, and condition of the returned products.  If the items are returned in a condition unfit for resale (ie opened box or parts scratched, malfunctioning, etc. then you will receive store credit for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

What about custom orders?

Given the personalized nature of custom orders, such as custom cut plexiglass or printed artwork, we cannot accept returns or requests to replace when the wrong product is ordered.
